could one day finally see
he needed less technology
and more customer fixation
When technological innovation delivers an ultimate usefulness in the hands of a customer, that is when real value is created. The brilliance in the technology itself rarely inspires awe, or is even understood, by a few. What the technology can be used for however, is generally what is acknowledged as brilliant by the public.
