Childhood folly – I think I can, I think I can

Once I thought I was Batman
and I hatched a serious game plan
unfortunately for me
I smashed my poor knee
by not flying from the ceiling fan.

It’s funny the things were think we can do when we are young, and sad the things we think we can’t when we’re older. Unfortunately, maturity is rarely all its cracked up to be.
